How is the cost of a Danish hire made up?
Your monthly bill for a Danish employee has two parts. One is the EOR Denmark charge, from €599 per employee per month, which depends on role and scope. The other is the cost of employment itself: salary plus fixed levies, roughly 1.2% on top of gross pay in the 2026 example, as Denmark has no percentage-based social charge.
